Directions for Use:

• Boil 2 liters of water to a rolling boil. have either a 2 L jar, or two 1 L jars. put half of the frankincense in each of the smaller jars ,or put the whole bottle in a large 2L jar. turn the heat off the boiling water, and pour it in the jars , let steep until cool. it's ready you can filter out the frankincense and reuse it one more time. or you can leave it in the water and chew it and eat it with your drink.

• Oman frankincense resin (Boswellia sacra), standard Hojary (Hojari) grade frankincense handpicked from the Dhofar region of Oman, are considered by many to be the finest frankincense resin in the world.
