Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lil Patch Of Heaven. We offer two types of products — handcrafted wellness items we ship directly, and print-on-demand apparel and mugs fulfilled by Printify. Shipping rates and timelines differ between these product types and are detailed below.

Wellness Products (Merchant-Shipped)

Orders for our wellness products — including eye-care formulas, parasite detox syrups, topical salves, and steam inhaler kits — ship via USPS Priority Mail at no charge. Free shipping applies to all domestic (U.S.) orders for these items with no minimum purchase required.

  • Shipping cost: Free (USPS Priority Mail)
  • Destination: United States
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

We do not currently offer international shipping for wellness products.

Apparel & Mugs (Printify Print-on-Demand)

Apparel and mug orders are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Shipping rates for these items are calculated based on the product, quantity, and delivery address.

  • U.S. shipping rates: Starting at $4.75
  • Destination: United States
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been produced and shipped.

Because Printify items are made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Production times vary by product.

We do not currently offer international shipping for print-on-demand products.

Mixed-Cart Orders

If your cart contains both wellness products and Printify apparel or mugs, each product type will ship separately under its own fulfillment profile. Shipping charges for each shipment will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
