Whoa, not what I expected

I purchased it because in your video you said mild flavor like rose water. But this is the furthest from rose water the flavor is so strong and not pleasant.no one in our family can choke down the taste. It sucks every bit of moisture from your mouth for the whole day. I bought two jars believing it would be like rose water, wish I had known...thats a lot of $ to waste. I wanted to love it so much.

Actually in my video I said it was very floral I didn't say like rose water .frankincense does not hide the beauty and gift of scent and flavor that it puts off. obviously you were not prepared for this type of healing because this is a very Superior product. if you wanted rose water you should have ordered rose water . of course it doesn't have any of the medicinal benefits like the boswellic acid in the sacra frankincense water that you disliked .personally if I were you I would not be throwing it out I'd be gagging it down because if you could understand how rare frankincense is I think you might want to start changing your palate this is such a desirable flavor

I'm very sorry your jar had a crack in it the bottle the post office is not kind of packages. but as you could see when you received it I package it to the best I can for someone to be dropped kicking it into the truck. all packages through USPS especially Priority Mail which I ship have $100 Insurance on them if you were dissatisfied it's very easy to just contact the post office and get your refund on the product. Or you could have contacted me

Just started taking it 8 days now. Haven't noticed anything but it probably takes a while of using. It's made well. Thank you for doing thus, it's better than big pharma.

Well Irma I'm very sorry that you're so unhappy but you have to understand USPS doesn't come from my house that's a public post office that's breaking your water I certainly wouldn't have a business if I put a broken bottle of Frankincense water in the package so I know you're upset with this one star review but I think the blame should not be on me now you say you have a contacted me but the reality is very simple to contact me exactly through where you ordered from and I will replace the product so I would appreciate next time if you don't go right to a one-star review cuz that's very misleading for others when this is not been my problem and when you order again I'll make sure to put your frankincense replacement in there
