I accidentally bought this instead of the syrup. I opted to drink it as tea instead of trying to take a spoonful. Not at first, but after a few tries, to my surprise, the tea actually did become delightful. :)
The instruction I got were to take 2 tablespoons a day for 5days. I took 2 tablespoons for the first 2 days and on the 3rd day I noticed that there wouldn't be enough to continue that way. On the 3rd day I took a little over 1/2 tablespoon 2x a day and on the 4th day I could only take 1 teaspoon 2 x a day as that was all that was left. So I'm not sure if I got the dose that I needed to when I was running out. I do have another container as I was told to take it again in 14 day which I will. I would appreciate someone telling me how to take that one properly. Great tasting!
