Directions for Use:

It tastes absolutely awful. I cannot force myself to drink it but I did buy the honey bugout product and I take @1 tsp daily (just starting out).! It’s more tolerable.
I have begun to add @ 1tsp if bugout tea to my coffee when I prepare it. So far so good. I’ll try to add more as x goes by.
I like it. It gave me less. Her bloating took care of swelling in my legs. Also, Give me good stomach digestion. I felt a lot better.
